Goway Travel Greets 2019 with All New Ways to Go Globetrotting

Goway Travel is welcoming 2019 with exciting new ways for its Globetrotters to travel. From Iceland to Antarctica, 2019 is a year of new adventures for long-haul travel experts and their clients.

Goway Asia is proud to offer Globetrotters more ways to experience China, with private multi-day packages including trips to the Yellow and Avatar Mountains and the ancient streets of Pingyao There are also new itineraries devoted to two favourite local pastimes – biking and food. Meanwhile, Japan has grown to be Goway Asia’s 2nd most popular destination, earning two extra pages in Goway Asia’s newest brochure.

The African safari remains a perennial favourite, but there’s more than one way to see this vast and beautiful continent. How about from a helicopter, or on the back of a Harley along the coast of Cape Town? Passengers wanting to taste the high life can book their journey on the Livingstone Express, while colourful Zimbabwe is reawakening to the delight of Globetrotters who’ve longed to visit. The Middle East also continues to grow in leaps and bounds, with all new Pyramids to Petra and Israel Odyssey itineraries.

Goway Islands returns for 2019 with new resorts in the Maldives and Tahiti, plus new shore excursions, and options for car rental on larger islands. Greece and Croatia have also seen major product growth with new Croatia self-drives between beautiful Dubrovnik and ‘hidden treasure’ capital, Zagreb, plus new packages covering the Greek Islands.

2019 is also a huge year for Goway South America and Goway Central America, with new ways to experience Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Wildlife lovers can now stay in an eco-friendly tented camp in the middle of the Galapagos Giant Tortoise Reserve, while wishing to experience a different side of Ecuador can visit native market towns with an Indigenous World extension. Peru remains one of Goway’s most popular destinations, with new products exploring its cuisine, plus the chance to sleep ‘Skylodge’ style, secured into the walls of an Andean cliff face. For a more grounded way to enjoy the Andes, Globetrotters can climb aboard the 360 train for panoramic views on the way to Machu Picchu.

North America’s ‘Wizards of Oz’ and all things Downunder, Goway is pleased to welcome Hayman Island and Daydream Island back into its range of Queensland resorts after multi-million dollar refurbishments. For those who love travelling by rail, Great Southern Rail has launched a new service from Adelaide to Brisbane, while in neighbouring New Zealand, the Coastal Pacific is back in service. Goway is also proud to partner with APT for a new range of small group tours. That’s not to forget Goway’s own Groups Only division, which has been named the preferred North American subagent for the 2019 Presidents Cup in Melbourne in December 2019.
