The GowayPro Loyalty Program

As a GowayPro member, you’ll earn rewards points on every sale you make, starting at 0.25% on bookings for FIT and Groups, and the potential to earn up to 1%, depending on your membership status. Your earnings will be added automatically to your loyalty account upon your client’s return date.*

Your membership status will be based on your previous years sales volume with Goway Travel**

* Rewards are calculated on the net booking value. You can redeem rewards points once your account reaches a minimum value of $50.
** Membership status is valued for one year and based off your previous year’s sales with Goway for the financial year of April 1st to March 31st.

Frequently Asked Questions About GowayPro

How do I sign up?

Membership to the GowayPro Loyalty Program is by invitation only. As soon as you make your first booking with Goway, you will receive an email inviting you to join the program. If you miss the invitation email, please contact [email protected].

Will my rewards expire?

Rewards will remain in your Goway bank account until the 31st December in the following calendar year. Therefore, if you earned rewards on the 30 June 2024, these would expire on 30 December 2025. Once you have redeemed these awards onto your virtual GowayPro card, you will have a further 12 months until they expire.

When will my GowayPro Virtual Card expire?

Your electronic GowayPro Virtual Card has a one-year validity. The card must be activated within 2 months of receiving it.

What happens to my Virtual Card when it expires?

The funds are non-transferable therefore it is imperative that you use your card before it expires.

How will I receive my Virtual Card?

You will receive your virtual card at the email address you have provided Goway.

Will I receive one card that has multiple redemptions on it?

No, you will now receive a new virtual card for every time you redeem.

Do I need to provide my PID number every time I make a booking?

No. That’s the great thing about GowayPro. Everything is automated so once you sign up for the program, your PID will be added to every booking you make moving forward.

How do I redeem my rewards?

In order to redeem your rewards, you need to reach a minimum value of $50. Goway will be in regular contact with you regarding your accumulated rewards. There will be an option to redeem your funds on GowayPro emails.

When do I earn/accumulate rewards?

When your clients have travelled and returned from their vacation. All reward dollars are calculated based on the return date of the booking in question.

When do you process and send the GowayPro Virtual Card?

The new program means no more waiting for delivery. Goway will issue your rewards after redemption at your chosen email address. Please keep in mind Goway processes rewards at the end of each month. Please also check your spam folder.

Can I claim rewards on previous bookings that have travelled?

No. You will only receive rewards points on new bookings after you become a member. You cannot claim rewards retrospectively.

Is the card transferable?

No. The rewards card is an agreement between you and Visa or Mastercard. Therefore, all funds have to be redeemed by the cardholder, just like with any other credit card.

I had funds on my previous GowayPro Rewards card that expired. What do I do?

The funds have now expired; therefore, they cannot be rolled over.

Who do I contact if I cannot find my email with my virtual card?

Please contact our rewards team and we can reissue your card if it has not been activated.

I received an email telling me I earned more than $50 rewards points for my recent booking, where is my card?

To receive the virtual card you must redeem your rewards first by emailing [email protected]. Goway will be in regular contact with you regarding the rewards that you earn for every booking. Make it a habit to check your spam/junk/promotions folder for emails from Goway.**

Why do I need to verify my identification to redeem my CAD MasterCard?

The ID verification process was implemented by the Cardholder Service Provider, not BHN Rewards nor Goway Travel, as a measure to improve security and abide by anti-money laundering regulations given that they provide a near-cash product. It is now a required security step that must be completed in order to be able to access the prepaid card.

This is a one-time process and is associated with the registered email address. This means that after your identification is verified, you will not have to enter the KYC information again as long as you use the same email address in the future. If you use a new email address when registering a prepaid card, then the KYC process will be conducted.

As of May of 2021, all CAD rewards recipients will need to provide some or all of the following identity verification documents to the Cardholder Service Provider before they can activate and use their card.

Date of Birth

Driver’s License Number (or other identifying documents like a Passport, ID Card, etc.)

Proof of Address (Utility bill, mortgage/rent bill, etc.)

How to Use Your Card

Canadian Cardholders

You can use your virtual card online where Mastercard is accepted. This virtual card is compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

US Cardholders

You can use the virtual card everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted for online and mail/phone orders.

Use the card just like you would use a credit card! Funds will be automatically deducted from the card with each purchase made.

Check your Balance

Please copy and paste this link into your browser to visit the Cardholder Service Provider’s website https://account.mypaymentvault.com/CardLogin. Please log into your account using your username and password to view your card’s balance and transaction history.

Your username will be the email address you used to redeem the reward. If you forgot your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button to reset your password.

You can also check your balance at any time by calling 1-877-610-1075 in Canada and the U.S., or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and the U.S.

Rewards Card Declining/Not Working

Most card usage problems are related to a handful of issues listed below. Please try the following:

· Check if the merchant accepts prepaid cards as a form of payment. We would recommend contacting the merchant directly. They should have contact information available on their website.

· Ensure that you are not using your prepaid card to pay for subscription services. Examples of subscriptions are Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. Prepaid cards may not be accepted where merchants store credit cards for on-going or recurring purchases such as hotels, utility bills, car rental services, etc.

· Confirm the total order amount, including taxes and shipping is less than or equal to the card balance. For example, a $100 prepaid card can be used to make a $99.99 purchase but not a $100.01 purchase.

For online transactions: Confirm that the card details, such as the card number and billing address, you are providing during purchase match the card details given to you. You can also check your transaction history to see why your card is being declined by logging into your card profile.
